The computer needs to reach your organization's portal over HTTPS. See Install on Windows and Install on a Mac.

For a GPU, install the manufacturer's current driver before installing Billet Host. On a virtual machine with a virtual GPU, install the guest driver that matches the hypervisor's GPU software.
Amazon DCV desktop
A machine running Amazon DCV Server, which people reach with the DCV client through your DCV Connection Gateway, on Windows or Linux. On Linux, the portal's installer adds DCV Server for you, and needs curl and one of apt-get, dnf or yum. Its default DCV package is Amazon's for Ubuntu 24.04.
